NOTES:
** Still lovin’ the workout!....after the 15th set, opened a blister on my left palm- it wasn’t bleeding, but so preoccupied with that, my 16th set on the left side was 7 in :15, wait :15, knock out 5 more then 2more - so 14 but not in :30....then finished up with the 10 swings.
** at about the 10th set, I started snatching 8 in :15 and had to slow down the pace....
