** knew I wanted to Jerk the 20kg today, wasn't sure what else I wanted to do....so I ended up with the above.** after the TGU and Jerk w/ the 20 and then 6 min of lccj, I was feeling it..., but had extra time, so I threw in some swings. I did NOT have the umph at that point to start snatches!
