** worked out 2 hours later today (2 hour delayed school openings) and didn't eat before hand - did not have enough in the tank to do squats again, so I just did swings.
** form was spot on for all exercises
** clean - 16rpm - may be time to move up in weight for this
** push press - 7-9 rpm
