NOTES:
** new 14kg competition bell took some getting used to - not long, maybe a minute or so, but when I went to use the 20kg (dd style) for the LCCJ's, it felt extra heavy and bulky weird, so I dropped to the 16kg. by the time the H Snatches were done, I just wanted to stick to the new bell and play with it a little - so I did the jerks with it and added in some swings =)
