** I wanted to Jerk the 20kg today - 2 sets of 5 min.- but after the TGU's that wasn't happening......no complaints though!! VERY Happy with my training today!!! =)


**  I weigh 118, so the TGU with the 24kg is almost half my body weight!! Rockin'!!
