  • 1A LCCJ    16kg    6:00 w/ 3:00 rest x2 
  • 1A LCCJ    16kg    4:00  
 ** switched arms every 2 min.


NOTES:
** wanted to Jerk the 20kg today, but I think I pre-fatigued my shoulders with the TGU =(.

** I will be moving the TGU to swing days.....
