** TGU felt REALLY good! Much easier to grip the handle of the comp. bell - a better fit for my hand. Could have done another 1 or 2, but then it would have been a TGU day only, and I really wanted to jerk today.
** Started the 10,000 swing challenge today! I am going to do this as long as it doesn't interfere with my regularly scheduled workouts. With Tracy's HV stuff on Wed. and Sat., I should be okay.....
