* went well!
* all reps were push presses
* used the 16kg for the whole time. =)
- 1/2 Snatch (14kg/16kg)
- Switching every 5 reps

* 8-10 rpms with the 14kg
NOTES:
* really good workout today. felt really strong, felt my form was really good, felt I used the time well and took plenty of rest as needed for the c&p - no fatigue.
* I was planning on doing Tracy's beginner swing class again tomorrow, but I think I will take it easy and do something less taxing.
