NOTES:
* picked up the 16kg for the 2nd round of LCCJs and it felt so light, I checked to make sure I picked up the right bell!!! LOL!
* Great training today, really tough!
* form rocked!!
* switched sides every 5 reps for both the snatch and the LCCJ
* switched every 2 reps for the LCCJ with the 20kg
