ROP - heavy day

buy in:
  • elliptical 3 minutes

WOD:
  • 5X5 c&p with pullups (16kg) YEAH BABY!!

cash out:
  • Swings (20kg)
  • 5 minutes
  • as follows:
  • 2 minutes swings - 15 seconds rest
  • 1 minute swings - 15 seconds rest
  • 1  minute + to finish out the 5 minutes (lost track of the time....)
