** wasn't sure if I was going to have the umph to workout today after yesterdays workout, but then couldn't figure out how to get the rest of my workouts in this week!** dropped weights to work on form - the 14kg for squats really was too light =)
** forgot to do my pullups in the buy in today!! will do some later....
