**didn't realize it was supposed to be 5 rounds, only did 3- which actually worked out better time wise for me. I got a late start today.
**set treadmill @ 8.5 for first 2 rounds, 8.0 for 3rd round
**haven't run in a while and it was noticeable! although the squats were tougher than the run!
