  • mountain climbers

NOTES:
**had a hard time deciding what to do today....tried deadlifts and ohs, wasn't in the mood - settled on this met con.
** I was going to try and throw in a deadlift day, but I think with the 3 days of c&p I am going to do a met con on the variety days.
** Also, waking up early this morning was HARD!!
** did I mention I hate burpees!! ;)
** didn't time the workout, took about 25 minutes.
** good met con, I would do it again
