ETK - variety day

c&p 2X3 ladders with pullup (16kg)

NOTES:
* good practice day. 
* haven't dl'ed in a while, started off slow. good form :)
* 2 min. rest between ladders
* did ladders like in ROP with # of pullups between c&p corresponding to # of presses
* had to push press the last 2 of 3 presses on the left
