- 4X3 c&p ladders with pullups (16kg)

- 1/2 snatch practice (16kg)
NOTES:
**okay practice day today. working on 4-5 hours sleep......woke up at 3am and could not get back to sleep!
**used techniques from Jordans Corrections dvd to help with the c&p - helped a lot
**left arm not as strong as right arm
