Are ALL Farmers that puffy?

 from crossfit 603.....

Buy in:
  • Sampson stretch
  • moving bb and stuff needed upstairs  and out side

WOD:
  • 5 rounds, for time
  • 25 Push ups
  • 25 Overhead Walking Lunges (women 45#)

  • TIME: 16 minutes

Cash out:
  • Farmers walk, 50 steps, using ONE 45# kettlebell
  • Change hands as often as you need  to 

NOTES:
*VERY happy with my time. 

* last time I did THIS WORKOUT I was inside - made a big difference being outside!
